This hillside house was rebuilt around the outdoor rooms. Dark siding, a cedar deck, and a new pool terrace look out over the water. Inside we opened the main floor to the garden, then gutted the kitchen and the baths.

The kitchen is a marble waterfall island, white oak cabinets, and a long run of glass. Baths include a marble primary with wood vanities and a freestanding tub, plus a guest bath and an outdoor shower. A detached ADU sits at the pool edge so the second unit does not crowd the house.
